I- GENERAL
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to any purchase from the company "L'Atelier de Diane", whose head office is located at 27 rue Marceau, 03630 DESERTINES. These T & Cs may be modified at any time by L'Atelier de Diane, however the general conditions applicable are those in force at the time of the sale. In the event of non-compliance with the GTC by the purchaser, the diane workshop reserves the right to cancel all or part of the orders in progress or to suspend the delivery of products.

II- ORDER
Any order from Atelier de Diane implies unreserved acceptance of these T & Cs, which the buyer acknowledges having read, the order being subject to these T & Cs to the exclusion of any other document. To place an order, the buyer clicks on the basket, validates it and pays. L'Atelier de Diane will inform the buyer as soon as possible of the taking into account of his request and of the manufacturing or repair times. Any manufacture established according to the dimensions taken by the buyer, cannot be the object of a refusal of the produced product.

Any order not paid within a maximum period of 30 days will be automatically canceled.

III- PRICES
The prices are indicated in euros excluding tax, excluding delivery costs. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable exclusively in euros. L'Atelier de Diane reserves the right to modify the price of the products at any time. L'Atelier de Diane retains full ownership of the products until full payment of their price by the buyer.

IV- PAYMENT
Payment is made by bank transfer, check or credit card before sending. Possibility to pay in cash by picking up the order on site. L'Atelier de Diane reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery due to total non-payment of the order or a refusal of payment authorization by the buyer's bank.

Any order not paid within a maximum period of 30 days will be automatically canceled.

V- DELIVERY
Paid products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Delivery in mainland France.

Delivery is made by LA POSTE in colissimo, relay point or pick up on site.
It is expressly agreed that the risk of transporting the products is assumed by the buyer. In the event that the products shipped have suffered damage, have been stolen or destroyed or lost during transport, the buyer must take action against the carrier, the responsibility of Atelier de Diane cannot be engaged.

VI- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Buyers, natural persons, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the order. Any order made to measure cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal. For any order in standard size and delivered before the 7-day deadline, return the product in their original condition and in their original packaging to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

VII- RESPONSIBILITY
The products offered for sale comply with current French legislation. The photographs and texts reproduced on the site www.latelierdediane.com are not contractual, therefore, Atelier de Diane cannot be held liable in the event of an error in any of these elements.
The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to possible interruptions for maintenance or repairs or in the event of force majeure, however l'Atelier de Diane cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from such interruption, maintenance or repair.

The performance of the seller's obligations at the end of the present contract is suspended in the event of force majeure or a fortuitous event which would prevent its performance. the seller will notify the customer as soon as possible.

VIII- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements present on the site www.latelierdediane.com (such as in particular brands, domain names, texts, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, software, animations, sounds and music, packaging) are the exclusive property of Atelier de Diane or third parties who have duly authorized Atelier de Diane to use these elements. None of these elements may be used, reproduced, copied, represented, transmitted, broadcast or published, in whole or in part without the prior written authorization of Atelier de Diane.

IX- PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete information concerning him. XI- APPLICABLE LAW - ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
These T & Cs are subject exclusively to French law, to the exclusion of any other right. In the event of a dispute concerning the application, interpretation or execution of these GTCS, jurisdiction will be attributed to the courts of Paris, including in the event of a warranty claim or multiple defendants.
